To justify genocide you must first strip away the humanity of those you want erased. You turn them into a threat, a disease, a problem that can only be solved through removal. The Nazis did this to the Jews. Today, the Israeli state applies the same logic to Palestinians. You are told that to be Palestinian is to be Hamas, that every child is a future extremist, that every home is a nest for terror. Once the lie takes root, the killing becomes easier to explain, easier to ignore, and easier to accept.

You are told to choose between Palestine and Israel as if morality is a coin that can only land on one side. You accept the framing without asking who built it or why. You call one side right, the other wrong, and in doing so you erase the people who do not fit your script.

It is possible to be pro both, pro human beings, pro safety, pro dignity, on either side of a line drawn by politics, maintained by violence, and sanctified by propaganda. But you are not offered that choice. Power thrives on division, and you are taught that to see the humanity of one is to betray the other.

The tragedy is not that peace is impossible. The tragedy is that the people capable of making peace are the ones with the most to lose from it.
